To begin we analyse your profile to find 'Target Audience Sources' or you provide these to us. These are any accounts whose followers match your target audience such as your competitors.

Every day, using your account our software will go through an engagement process which consists of:

1. Finding a suitable user to interact with from a "Target Audience Source"
2. Following that user
3. Muting them so you don't see their content in your feed
4. Liking one-two of their posts
5. Viewing their stories (if any are live)
6. Liking one of their stories (if any are live)
7. Unfollowing them after around 7 days

This works because the user will receive an in-app notification that you've engaged with their profile. Upon seeing the notification most users will click through to your profile. If they're interested with what you do, they'll follow you.

This process is repeated up to 1,000 times per month on the Automatic plan and up to 2,000 times on the Plus plan. Additionally, on the Automatic plan, we interact with an extra 1,000 users by liking their posts and viewing their stories without following. Whilst on the Plus plan this is increased to up to 2,000 users.

We use strict filters to ensure we only engage with genuine accounts from the "Target Audience Sources". Therefore, you'll gain only real followers. Our focus is on delivering quality over quantity. You'll begin to notice new followers within the first 72 hours after we start working on your account. The results in the first few weeks will be lower than expected as our software learns which "Target Audience Sources" deliver the best results for your account.

No. We do not sell fake followers and any service guaranteeing a number of followers per month is selling you fake followers disguised as real followers. We do however provide growth projections for each plan based on past client results.

When you sign up we ask for "Target Audience Sources" and we'll be engaging with their followers. These sources can be your competitors, similar accounts to yours or accounts in general where you think their followers are your target audience. Please try to provide at least 5 accounts, each with a minimum of 3,000 followers, a maximum of 1 million followers. The sources can't be verified either (as you can no longer see their followers). We need 15-20 to reliably work on your account and we'll use the ones you've provided to find more.

If you have less than 100 followers then please only sign up to the Automatic plan because we're restricted in terms what we can do on smaller accounts. You can always upgrade in month two once we've grown your account.

Unfortunately, we can't target by location or age due to Instagram's privacy policies. However, if you provide location-based "Target Audience Sources", their followers will likely be from the same region, resulting in location-specific followers.

Yes! Our services operate within Instagram's guidelines, ensuring the safety of your account. However, as we're engaging with thousands of users per month occasional temporary action blocks may occur. They usually disappear within a few hours.

Your password is required for us to login into your account and engage on your behalf. For security, we advise all clients to enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Once enabled, any change to your account such as a password change will require an authentication code, sent to your phone number, to be entered into Instagram. This ensures that only you, with access to your number, can authorise these changes. To enable 2FA navigate to settings in your Instagram app and type two-factor authentication into the search bar.

Our service will not affect your account, except for the increase in followers. Continue posting as usual but please limit the amount of follows/unfollows/likes that you do to no more than 20 per day. There are engagement limits on Instagram and if you interact at a high rate then we'll start to see engagement blocks appearing on your account. We want to avoid this where possible to ensure we deliver the best possible results for you.
